HERE ARE SOME OF THE

MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

What is the cost to raise a home?

Elevating a residential structure is tied directly with the home slab size. A more detailed estimate for your home elevation can be provided.

Must I wait on the completed elevation to do repairs/remodel?

That is unnecessary. Many jurisdictions will not issue a repair/remodel permit until your home is elevated above the floodplain. If your jurisdiction permits it, we encourage you to do everything necessary to restore your home life. The elevation process is non-intrusive and no contents need to be removed.

What options should I think of when elevating a home?

Ensure your list of deliverables and final costs is highly detailed before you sign or pay anything. Do not allow yourself to be pressured into hasty action. A sound process yields a sound elevation experience.
