Inspection
One of our technicians will visit your home or business to make a survey and inspect the building for you.
Our team of technical experts will develop a customized plan to lift your property and meet with you to go over the necessary steps to safely lift your assets.
We will follow-up with ground testing.
Check plumbing and electrical installations.
Obtain necessary permits.

Lifting
We will disconnect all plumbing and electrical connections from the building.
Tunnels are dug under the building in strategic areas where hydraulic cylinders are placed to secure the lift.
Our computer software system connects the hydraulic cylinders and hoses to safely and securely lift the building.
Allowing our team to monitor the lift from start to finish.
The building will be lifted one foot at a time until the height necessary is met in a safe manner.

After the Lift
Reconnect all plumbing.
Reconnect electrical.
All material is removed and the tunnels are backfilled.
We work with you and our team of design experts to restore your new exterior.
5 year complimentary inspection and after major flood events declared as disaster areas by government officials.
